Yes, attendance is expected for all board members as key decisions will be discussed. If you’re unable to attend, please notify the coordinator in advance.

Yes, all relevant materials including the agenda, reports, and proposals will be shared via email at least 3 days before the meeting for your review.

Workshop General Session
